[Bug 490037] [NEW] needs octave-3.0 and is not working with 3.2.3

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: octave-control

If I try to install this package it has dependencies on octave3.0 but I
want to use 3.2.3. If I install it it works with 3.0 but not in 3.2.3.

Octaveforge says the package should be compatible with 3.2.3.
