Yes, you can use "apport-collect 489826" to reattach files according to
the selected package. But it is fine, the problem is known, and dmraid
is the right package.

Just let's hope Grandma didn't play with dmraid on her computer :)

/dev/sr0 is the cd/dvd drive.

It is unfortunately kind of hard for the computer to guess if you want
to use dmraid or not if you have dmraid metadata on the disks. dmraid
setups are now supported out of the box and discovered automatically.
