Thanks for your report.

There is a conflict between libmp3splt-ogg from the Ubuntu repository
and libmp3splt1 from the getdeb repository. Please remove the getdeb
package and try performing the upgrade again. This will likely olve your
problem. We are closing this report because it is not a bug in Ubuntu
