[Bug 439748] [NEW] Please package MPD plugin

Binary package hint: music-applet

music-applet includes a plugin for MPD, but the plugin doesn't seem to
be included in Ubuntu. This is a bit weird considering the package
recommends python-mpdclient. Is there any particular reason why the
plugin isn't included?
