Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: epiphany-webkit
epiphany-webkit has a popup menu accessible via mouse button 3 (usually
the right button) when the cursor is on a hyperlink. This menu has
entries "Open Link", "Open Link in New Window", "Download Linked File",
and "Copy Link Location". It is missing an entry for opening a link in a
new tab. Doing a control-click on the link works (opens up the page in a
new tab), so the functionality is there, so adding the menu entry should
be enough.
