[Bug 444172] [NEW] FFe upload latest connman release for karmic

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: connman

connman is still under quite active development upstream and shipping
0.30 would be quite useless as all current UIs require a higher connman
version; hence, the plan to update connman to latest release for karmic.
That would be 0.43 for now.

Also connman probably has not many real users as there is not even a
working frontend in archive ... which gives us a low risk of such an
upgrade.
