Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unbound

This is my first bug report, so apologies if I'm not doing it right.

Ubuntu 9.04 , Unbound 1.2.1-0ubuntu1

I have
SYSLOGD="-r"
in /etc/default/syslogd because I need remote UDP logging.

I also have unbound installed, which has
SYSLOGD="-a /var/lib/unbound/dev/log"
in /etc/unbound/syslogd and overwrites the "-r" and thus disables remote logging.

I think that /etc/unbound/syslogd should instead contain:
SYSLOGD="$SYSLOGD -a /var/lib/unbound/dev/log"
so that both options can be used.

ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04
NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx
Package: unbound 1.2.1-0ubuntu1
ProcEnviron:
 PATH=(custom, user)
 LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
 SHELL=/bin/bash
SourcePackage: unbound
Uname: Linux 2.6.28-15-generic i686

** Affects: unbound (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
