[Bug 445998] [NEW] Disabling mythweb password breaks mythweb

Binary package hint: mythbuntu-control-centre
When trying to disable the password for mythweb (apache2 install) via
mythbuntu-control-centre|plugins it reports no problems, but apache2
will fail to display mythweb, showinf an error page instead - "Internal
Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at localhost and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error
log."
The apache error log shows:
"[error] [client 192.168.5.35] (2)No such file or directory: Could not open password file: /etc/mythtv/mythweb-digest"
