Edit /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.slapd and add 
the following lines:

/usr/share/kolabd/schema/ r,
/usr/share/kolabd/schema/* r,
/etc/kolab/ r,
/etc/kolab/* r,

       Status: New => Confirmed
