Still some issues:
* no xpi:provides, xpi:enhances fields, they are both listed into the
wiki page, so I assume you didnt read it carefully enough
* there is no ${misc:Depends} field into depends.
* debian/rules has still MOZ_EXTENSION_PKG := speeddial, which is
deprecated. Listed on the wiki too.
* target is wrong, you are packaging for karmic not jaunty.
* you can remove useless comments into debian/rules, for example the
ones related to command we don't use like #MOZ_XPI_FILE :=
yourextension.xp or #MOZ_EM_ID := {xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx}
Apart from these, looks fine.
