[Bug 447173] [NEW] Wine fails to install properly

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine1.2

When installing the wine or wine1.2 packages, I get the following error:

$ sudo apt-get upgrade

Wine appears to have been installed and work correctly but every
following install process tries to reinstall the package and fails with
the same error.
