[Bug 447369] [NEW] anjuta fails to: build tarball, clean (src), clean project

If I try to build tarball it fails with following message:
Building in directory: /home/whoop/code/testapp
make dist
/bin/bash: /home/whoop/code/testapp/missing: No such file or directory
cd . && /bin/bash /home/whoop/code/testapp/missing --run aclocal-1.10
make: *** [aclocal.m4] Error 127
Completed unsuccessfully
Total time taken: 0 secs
If I try to clean (src) it fails with following message:

make clean
cd .. && make am--refresh
