I simply used --cpu=armv6 for the shared pass and --cpu=armv7-a --extra-
cflags="-mfpu=neon -mfloat-abi=softfp" for the neon one (float-abi is
probably not required but I find it safer); the static one is probably
broken, I mentioned in to Reinhard over email.
