[Bug 448787] [NEW] Need to set timezone to the same as master backend

Binary package hint: mythbuntu-live-autostart

Currently we assume that the livecd is in the same timezone as the
master backend, which is a bad assumption.

Here's a way to query the timezone from the MBE:
