[Bug 449076] [NEW] Gnome Theme 'New Wave' Strange Colors Appear

Public bug reported:
I noticed with the installed theme, 'New Wave' when using Synaptic and
it was installing software that in the, 'Installing Software' window
that some of the text had a slight orange tint in them.
In the screen shot below you'll notice the words, 'Automatically close
after the changes have', have this slight orange tint running through
them.

Looks a bit odd, don't think there should be any color tint in the
text...
