Hi

Thank you for your suggestions.

eclipse 3.5.1 no longer uses the /etc/eclipse/java_home approach.
Futhermore openjdk is now the default java and has a higher priority of
alternatives than gcj, so openjdk will be used on default setups (those
with alternatives set to "auto" for java)[1].

Since openjdk is the default java, we have decided to not spend time
with creating a warning system that detects which JVM you are using - it
no longer appears to be cost-beneficial.
