[Bug 449546] [NEW] Add "lpia" support

Binary package hint: fpc

Would it be possible to make the Free Pascal Compiler available on the lpia architecture?
Many other Open Source projects (like WinFF) would benefit from that.
If the modifications which were made for the lpia architecture aren't possible with FPC, would it be possible to ship the i386 compiler as lpia compiler?
