[Bug 450039] [NEW] TOra menu entry

Binary package hint: tora

Using a fully updated Kubuntu Desktop, TOra appears in the menu in two
locations.

Applications -> Development
Applications -> Office

It only needs to appear in the menu once. To me, TOra is more of a
development tool than a desktop office tool.
