I did not have Conky set as auto startup.  I was simply running it in
terminal.

My config file hmm well yes I can attach it.  My main one is the
Conky_Mira file it contains quite a few files, the specific colour
scheme I use is Mira_Red so all the scripts in there are edited to my
system.  The second script is a less advanced one which I made myself,
both these run fine on previous Ubuntu versions.
