Public bug reported:

Using apt-get in karmic I run into dependency problems:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 backintime-kde4: Depends: backintime-common (= 0.9.26) but 0.9.26-3 is to be installed

this is from the backintime launchpad:

"This is an ubuntu-packaging bug actually as they use a longer version number
than we do. We cannot change the dependencies upstream as the common version
number should be identical to the gnome and kde version number."

** Affects: backintime (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
