I have the same issue on a lenovo X61 laptop (intel video) using the
latest karmic release. Full screen always uses the external monitor and
only increases to a size that appears to be the one of the laptop
screen. I would assume this bug is actually in the flash plugin and not
firefox. The optimum behavior would be what totem does, of going totally
fullscreen in whatever screen the window is currently in.
