Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: eclipse
The version of eclipse installed via "Ubuntu Software Center" does not
work properly on Ubuntu 9.10 beta. After installing the software from
the Ubuntu Software Center, when trying to update the software or
install plugins, the error message "Cannot complete the request. This
installation has not been configured properly for Software Updates." is
seen.
