Eric,

Hoping you understanding that I can't let that bug open on linux-rt
neither re-enable Dynamic Ticks because turn it off lead to a lot of
benefits. So we have three way:

1) Perhaps is it the right time to give a look on Linux _native_ reaper applications? ;)
In that case I'll close this bug.

2) Add nohz=on kernel command-line parameter into grub configuration
files to add it automatically (also after kernel updates). Again also in
that case I'll close this bug.

3) Or do you prefer continue to use Reaper on Wine? So in that case I
move this bug against Wine but, sincerely, I don't think that receive a
lot of consideration (I suppose that almost all people run Window
applications on Wine use -generic kernel).
