I am asked above to "look at the other bug report to see if there is any
missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a
workaround for the bug.". When I try to look at 447209 I get the
following message :-

Not allowed here

Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page."

Could someone remove this obstacle for me please or how I bypass it.
