[Bug 452544] [NEW] vlc transcodes/rewraps .ogv file without video

Binary package hint: vlc

When I record a video with cheese, VLC can play the resultant .ogv file,
but when I try to transcode it, the resultant file has audio but not
video. This has happened no matter what format I choose to transcode
into. I am attaching a file with which this happens.
