[Bug 453270] [NEW] configuration wizard is too big for 1024x600 screen

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: balsa

The configuration wizard that gets launched before the program is too
big for netbook screens making the program unusable in those devices.

The bug has already been reported upstream, and solved for the next
version.

The patch has also been backported to the current release and as it is
minimal and harmless, could it be applied to the Ubuntu package?
