[Bug 453317] [NEW] cannot install postgres 8.3 trhought synaptic

Binary package hint: postgresql-8.3

i have install postgres 8.2for following the manual of install
geonetwork 2.2,  downloading from the source, i have installesd
succeesfully (but ignoring the lreadline and zlib), then i try to
install the version 8.3 in the synaptic and just can install it.
