Binary package hint: konq-toutf8

konq-toutf8 is a KDE3-only service menu that does not work with
Konqueror from KDE4. The last upstream release was also almost 4 years
ago, leaving it unmaintained and with no hope for an updates KDE4
version. (http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=31400)
