[Bug 453393] [NEW] Request for removal from archive (source and binary)

This library has been integrated into the packagekit project itself. As
it stands, there are no rdepends on libpackagekit-qt2 or and reverse-
build-depends on libpackagekit-qt-dev. It has been replaced by
libpackagekit-qt11 in the packagekit source package.
