[Bug 389633] Re: package svk (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite `/etc/bash_completion.d/svk', which is also in package bash-completion

Attached is a debdiff to not generate /etc/bash-completion.d/svk; an svk
package based on it is available in my ppa at
https://launchpad.net/~sbeattie/+archive/ppa/. I verified that the
package installs and that tab completion worked.

Note that this is an Ubuntu specific bug, as the upstream debian package
does not include /etc/bash-completion.d/svk.
