Attached is a debdiff to not generate /etc/bash-completion.d/svk; an svk
package based on it is available in my ppa at
https://launchpad.net/~sbeattie/+archive/ppa/. I verified that the
package installs and that tab completion worked.

Note that this is an Ubuntu specific bug, as the upstream debian package
does not include /etc/bash-completion.d/svk.
