Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub2

This started happening after an update about 2 weeks ago. When I execute
"sudo update-grub2", it says,

Generating grub.cfg ...
Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-14-generic
Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-2.6.31-14-generic
Found memtest86+ image: /memtest86+.bin
ERROR: isw device for volume "Volume" broken on /dev/sdb in RAID set "isw_cbeafdffhg_Volume"
ERROR: isw: wrong # of devices in RAID set "isw_cbeafdffhg_Volume" [1/2] on /dev/sdb
done

I had a RAID0 array before, but I reformatted my both disks two or three
times. In BIOS, RAID option is disabled. Only way to enter Windows is to
change the boot sequence from BIOS.
