[Bug 453891] [NEW] deluge is not starting up properly after update

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deluge

After the update manager updated deluge to the newest 1.2 version, deluge and deluged will not start up.
The problem is that the gtk deluge frontend cannot start up the deluge daemon. I've tried starting the deluge daemon manually, and can see that it is creating connections via the torrent trackers, but the frontend does not seem to be able to connect to the daemon at all...
