[Bug 454610] [NEW] Bad sorting on chars with accents

Binary package hint: exaile

In album list (the tree on the left panel), it sorts the artists
alphabetically.

But artists with names beginning with an accent are at the end.

For example :
- Aurélie
- Damien
- Fabien
- Zoé
- Émilie

instead of :
- Aurélie
- Damien
- Émilie
- Fabien
- Zoé
