[Bug 454894] [NEW] pgpool2: Cannot accept() new connection. all backends are down

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pgpool2

After install package this doesnt work. On trying to connect server psql
write:

psql: server closed the connection unexpectedly
	This probably means the server terminated abnormally
	before or while processing the request.

In server logs I see (pgpool2 start with -d options at
/etc/init.d/pgpool2 start):

Bug is on my home Ubuntu Desktop 9.04 and on my server - Ubuntu Server
