[Bug 454278] Re: audacity crashes on close, since audio callback is called after stream has closed

You are right. This bug is not reproducible in the apport/coredump
sense. But Audacity indeed does report a crash when I start it next time
if I had closed it earlier with a project open and the recording monitor
enabled.

Since the initial crash reported can be assumed to be rare, we might as
well ignore it.

But it could be great if something could be done about this recording
monitor related crash. Maybe we could add a line of code to close the
recording monitor when the user gives a close command, before doing
anything else.
