[Bug 455239] [NEW] raw1394 permissions are only temporarily set

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntustudio-controls

By writing the raw1394 permission to /lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-
default.rules the changes that Ubuntu Studio Controls makes is only
temporary.  As soon as udev is updated, that file is re-written and the
Ubuntu Studio Contros changes are deleted.  The deletion of the
permissions rule does not appear in the Ubuntu Studio Controls GUI.  The
correct place for this rule is in a new file in /etc/udev/rules.d/
Files in this folder are not overwritten on udev updates.
