Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: skrooge
Installed skrooge with apt-get install skrooge. Started skrooge, then
clicked: Help -> Skrooge Handbook. Kde help center opened and gave the
following error: There is no documentation available for
/skrooge/index.html.
Kind of hard to learn to use an app without docs... ;)
