[Bug 455641] [NEW] Karmic: ubuntu-mid depends on missing package cheese-hildon

Public bug reported:

I've recently built an Ubuntu MID machine from the Karmic netboot image
(http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/netboot.tar.gz)
version 20081029ubuntu70.  Although the installation appears to complete
successfully upon reboot no GUI is shown.

Logging into the system the ubuntu-mid package is not installed.  An
attempt to install it fails as the cheese-hildon dependency cannot be
met from the current Karmic repositories.
