[Bug 454278] Re: audacity crashes on close, since audio callback is called after stream has closed

There are two types of crashes.

The first one, due to monitoring, is not a crash in the apport sense.
Audacity reports a crash when started the next time.

The second one is rare and hard to reproduce. It has happened only twice
with me. It is a crash in the apport sense, the one I initially
reported. It happens (only sometimes) when I open an mp3 file with
Audacity, it automatically imports the mp3 file, then I click the
"close" button, it asks whether I want to save, and I click on "no".
