[Bug 456265] [NEW] libchamplain does not include gobject introspection data

Public bug reported:

Upstream libchamplain supports creation of gobject introspection data
(.gir and .typelib) at compilation (if necessary tools are available),
but they are not included in current package available in Ubuntu. It
would be nice if this would be added similar at it is already done for
libclutter.
