  * Include /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/patchsys-quilt.mk to prevent FTBFS
    The patches weren't applying before (LP: #455432)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3:
    - Add README.source for the quilt patch system
  * Update maintainer to Ubuntu Developers
