[Bug 456510] [NEW] Karmic: missing Upstart script prevents GUI start-up

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-mid-default-settings

After a clean Ubuntu MID installation from the Karmic netboot image no
errors are generated but the GUI fails to start upon reboot.

The script /etc/init.d/ubuntu-mid-default-settings calls the Upstart
start, stop and status commands. However, there is no file
/etc/init/session.conf file to tell it what to do. As a result the
following occurs:

root at m300:/# etc/init.d/ubuntu-mid-default-settings restart
start: Unknown job: session

The session script should presumably start X and the display manager to
allow login. If you need any more information from the test system,
please let me know.

** Affects: ubuntu-mid-default-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
