[Bug 457836] [NEW] 100% cpu and syslog and daemon.log cause hard drive to fill

Binary package hint: atftpd

100% cpu and syslog and daemon.log fill with errors (and fill my hard
drive) about atftpd recvmsg and bind errors until atftpd is killed. Once
killed, syslog and daemon.log stop filling (was at 3gb when I killed it)
and cpu drops to normal levels
