[Bug 457933] [NEW] BibleTime Is Missing Icons

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bibletime

BibleTime is not displaying icons on the GUI.

Here is a screen shot, I highlighted areas in red where the icons are
suppose to be:

Can someone PLEASE get BibleTime cleaned up and the GUI looking proper?
