[Bug 459073] [NEW] GObject class registration fails due libnm-glib ABI changes

Binary package hint: strongswan-nm

The IKEv2 daemon is unable to provide the DBUS service for
NetworkManager, as the libnm-glib ABI has changed.

> GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed
> GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_new: assertion `G_TYPE_IS_OBJECT (object_type)' failed

The strongswan package requires rebuilding to work with the changed
libnm-glib ABI.
