[Bug 459041] Re: Unbound is not linked into libevent, which restricts FD to 1024

This bug was fixed in the package unbound - 1.3.4-1ubuntu2

  * Add missing build-dep on libevent-dev and adjust debian/rules to build
    with libevent support (LP: #459041)
    - The default of only 16 outbound ports is clearly insufficient given
      current DNS spoofing risks
