Oha!

Actually the default KDE shortcut for forward-tab-switching seems to be
Ctrl+., I would accept that as feature request, Ctrl+Tab, as it stands
is not used in any tab-enabled KDE application so it will not get
implemented for Kile either (especially not since it conflicts with a
long-time kate shortcut).

Can you live with Ctrl+.? (general note: currently kile misses tab-
control features all along, once those are added you can manually change
the shortcut to whatever you want no matter what the default is)
