Same thing here. In Firefox Totem just freezes up and the process
sometimes hangs so I have to kill it from TTY1. Before I installed the
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package, totem didn't die, it just never tried
to load the stream.

Among the streams I'm trying to watch is this: http://www.nrk.no/nett-
tv/klipp/564089/

FWIW I can't remember the Totem plugin in Firefox ever working on MMS-
streams.
