[Bug 460109] [NEW] When resizing display, background image doesn't resize

Binary package hint: gnome-desktop-environment

I set my background image to a photo, and use style "fill screen". When
I start with 1024x768 and increase the display resolution later to
1920x1200, the photo does not fill the screen. Instead, it is tiled from
its smaller size. (The image size is 3072x2304 pixels.) The remedy is to
open Appearance, switch to some other style, then back to fill screen.
