Motherboard: MSI K8N Diamond MB
4 SATA Drives, System root and boot live on sdc1
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 

I performed and upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10

I had already installed grub2 in 9.04

I expect the system to boot normally. However it boots to grub rescue
mode and if you exit from there it kicks back a Grub 22 error (file not
found)
